Willow Weekly #9

Good Morning, Willow Families!

This is going to be quite the week! Here are the important things to know about:

1) 6th years and I will be at camp Wednesday through Friday! As such, our weekly schedule will look a little different than usual. All details should be included in your child's planner.

2) Because of the changes to our schedule, Lit Circles will only be held on Tuesday this week. This means that two sessions' worth of homework will be assigned at once and will be due the following Tuesday, 11/15/16.

3) 6th years' Wordly Wise will be due tomorrow, Tuesday, 11/8/16, rather than the usual Wednesday due date.

4) 6th years spelling tests will be given next Monday and they will have a "pass" on spelling next week.

5) Our classroom layout has changed (hopefully for the better)! Your child may come home full of news about that today.

6) Last but certainly not least: CONFERENCES ARE COMING. The official dates/times are Monday 11/21 and Tuesday 11/22, from 1:15 to 6:00 p.m., with 15 minute time slots. I will be creating a Sign Up Genius to reflect this. However, if you find that you need to schedule a different time with me, please email me and we'll figure something out. Just keep in mind that it needs to be before the Thanksgiving break.
